Michael and his brother liked to challenge each other as children over who knew more about WWE wrestling. Their rivalry extended to facts ranging on everything from baseball to cooking shows. Michael later applied his knowledge learned about cooking to his career. He graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education. After working his way up in the industry, he opened his own restaurant in northern California. He specializes in Italian fusion cuisine, using his endless food knowledge to keep his guests intrigued and satisfied.
