John is a professional reporter with more than a decade of experience in electronic and print media. He worked as a sports reporter and editor at two major daily newspapers in Utah. He also wrote for a national soccer website for two years and is currently a freelance sports reporter with a major national wire service and a sports reporter with a national website. John loves sports, especially football, and basketball. John also enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking. He enjoys going to the movies and likes to play pool and miniature golf when he gets the chance. John has a BA in History from the University of Utah, Golden Key, Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude.
